Configuring IPv6 in the RAX200?
o I enabled IPv6 in my RAX200. Everything looks ok and is working fine, however I'm not sure how to manually enter the DNS servers I prefer: Cloudflare: 1.1.1.1 Google: 8.8.8.8 Cloud...

No like this:
Cloudflare
2606:4700:4700:0000:0000:0000:0000:1111
2606:4700:4700:0000:0000:0000:0000:1001 (Cloudflare Alternate)

Just place zeroes between the second to last and last set of 4 characters the double :: means you should place 0000s in between.

So these:
Cloudflare lists this as their IPv6 DNS: 2606:4700:4700::1111
Google lists this as their IPv6 DNS: 2001:4860:4860::8888
should be entered like this?
Cloudflare: 2606:4700:4700:0000:1111
Google: 2001:4860:4860:0000:8888
That would still leave three blanks on each.

Google2001:4860:4860:0000:0000:8888:0000:0000

I can't login to my RAX200 now to fix the addresses. The web browsers (Chrome and IE) just tell me that they cannot connect to the site (the RAX200's IP: 192.168.0.1).
