Connected but no internet

To me this suggests that the problem is on the Windows PC, especially the bit "all other devices at home are fine".

The router will not pick on the PC

Is the PC connected to the Internet over wifi or with a wired Ethernet connection? (Wired is best.)

Where do you see the "no internet" message? Windows?

Windows likes to protect us from new networks that might be evil. In  reality, it often shuts us out of safe networks.

One thought is that you could tell Windows that you are on a "private network".

Which router is this?

AX3000 is not a unique Netgear model number. Many devices come with the AC/AX tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and others, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.

Look at the label on the device for the Model Number. And, if there is one, include the "V" bit to show the hardware version. If there is no V number, then you have V1.
