If the new ISP router has a DMZ or IP pass thru option feature, then you can use this on there router for the IP address the RAX gets from the ISP router. Check with the ISP on configuration of there routers DMZ feature.
Or configured AP mode on the RAX router and use there router as your host router with it's wifi radios disabled.

If you find your ISP router is locked down to prevent configuration changes, set your RAX80 operation mode to access point and make sure it is physically positioned several feet away from your ISP router.
