What firmware version do you have on the device?
A number is more useful than "the latest". (It may not be by the time people read this.) There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.
It might also help if you told people what the modem is in front of this router. The model number could be useful. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?

Thank you for the reply, I have combed through those communities heavily.
The Router:
Firmware Version V1.0.1.64_1.0.27
The Modem: CM1000
Firmware Version V5.01.04

That's good. Modem only. It rules out the possibility of clashing routers.
There nothing that you can do about its firmware.

That's the latest, but that may not be the best idea. These RAX boxes aren't loved by everyone. Some people have had better luck with older firmware. But that wasn't related to the same issue that you flagged up.
