DDNS connection refused on RAX200 forwared to port 80

Question

For monthts I have had a DDNS host name registered at Netgears partner No-IP, pointing to my RAX200 external port 80, and that port forwared to port 80 on a simple web server of mine.

However suddenly today any attemt to access myhostname.mynetgear.com fails with ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Any ideas what may cause this ???

The rax200 router has the latest fw from netgear.

After a few hours the issue resolved itself. Very odd.
