DHCP Server not working when LAG is enabled

I have a Nighthawk RAXE290 with latest firmware 1.0.8.64, connected with a Netgear managed switch GS308EP also latest firmware 1.0.1.1, using static LAG - 2 Ethernet cables, LAG is working fine, no conflicts, established devices are working fine, as soon as a new device is requesting a new IP (for LAN or WLAN) the request fails, no new IPs are being issued by the router's DHCP server, as soon as I unplug 1 of the 2 cables from the LAG, the DHCP server starts working again.

My DHCP server uses the range X.101 to X.254, all static IPs are using IPs < X.100, router has X.1 and managed switch has static IP X.30., I'm using IPv4 only, v6 is deactivated.

Any idea what the issue might be?
