Even on Lan connection I recevie only 240 mbps,
On 5 ghz I recieve around 120 mbps.
Is it just a bad router, should I replace it?
what device are you testing on via lan?
What website are you testing the speed on?
What firmware are you on?
What modem is it connected to?
do you have access control, parental controls, qos, and traffic monitoring all disabled?
Actual details help. You first asked why you see a speed different and then gave minimal info afterwards. We need details about what your setup is, how your testing, what settings you're using, etc.

Yes, just now.
And I receive sround 280 mbps.
But the results in the nighthawk app is around 800~ mbps.
It is better but not very satisfying, should I replave the model?

Have you tried downgrading the firmware?
Or do you have ipv4/6 setup?

What's that? One of these?

Doesn't look like a modem to me. Or even an optical network termination.
