Disney+ buffering

I was doubtful that a double NAT situation was the cause of the problem, but I went and set my NG router as an access point.
That didn't fix Disney+ from buffering. Everything else on my network works fine. The other streaming services work fine as well. But as soon as I try to play some content on Disney+, the WAN port on my NG router disconnects. It reconnects in about 5-8 seconds, then disconnects again. Does this over and over.
Here's my network setup. Verizon router has WiFi enabled with the default network name. There's an ethernet cable from that to my RAX80. It's in AP mode. It also has WiFi enabled using a different SSID. My TV is hardwired to the RAX80 on port 1.
Any other ideas?

I tried switching the TV from ethernet to WiFi connection, and the Disney+ app seems to stream fine. No buffering.
I'd prefer to have it on ethernet though, so I'd like to switch it back.
What's different between WiFi and ethernet that could cause the WAN link to drop when I strart streaming a Disney video?
