It’s possible that your Nighthawk router is interfering with the Global Protect VPN. While changing DNS servers might help, you could also try disabling any advanced security features, like SPI Firewall or QoS, that might be blocking the VPN traffic. Additionally, ensure that VPN passthrough is enabled on your router. If the problem persists, try switching to public DNS servers like Google (8.8.8.8) or Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) to see if that resolves the issue.
- Thank you so much! I actually already have those DNS servers manually set and do not have any of the firewall or QoS enabled. I’ll dig around for the VPN pass through because I don’t remember seeing that in my settings.
