Dropping connection
Hello, please let us know the fix so the rest of the world with same problem has a clue on what to do. Was it dust blocking the cooling slots? Was it double Nat conflict? Sometimes a fan near the unit helps cool down the cpu if heat is the cause.

Might be more helpful to know what the issue is...What is dropping? WiFi? Internet services?
RAX50? This v1 or v2?
What FW version is loaded on it?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What's all connected to the router?
Any top LED indications being seen?
