EAX20 - AX1800m Cannot log into Router Password Reset Page .
When I open the router reset page and add my serial number, the continue button is grey not green. I have not changed the default username = admin or password = password. Use to work fine a few month...
The EAX20 requires you to change the password when you first set it up. Netgear's implemented that on most all of their routers/extenders.
Not sure why you're not getting the password recovery option. Have you tired using a different pc/browser?
If you can't get the password recovery option to work and you don't know the password you changed it to, you'd need to factory reset to get back in.
Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while the device is powered on.
Luckily install is pretty easy/quick with the EAX20.
