email problems on a 4-Stream AX1800 WiFi 6 Router RAX10

Question

hi I have had this router for about a month now all was fine but last week is has stopped allowing the sending or receiving of emails to my outlook email server just get a error message to check server settings i know they are fine as if i connect to a friends house the emails work fine its just on my home network that the emails fail i have done a re boot of the router and all so a full factory reset but just the same I am at a loss as what to do next can anyone help me please

Does the email services happen to use a 2FA or need a 3rd party email PW use? Notice that some email service now require 2FA or email service generated. Try a different email service and see if that works to compare.&nbsp;
