Enable OFDMA on 2.4 and/or 5ghz wireless?

I was browsing through my wireless router settings and noticed this feature. Is this something I should enable on both or one of the bands?

I'm not sure what is considered older devices but I fell like I don't really have any. My Logitech Harmony remote controls are probably the oldest.&nbsp;
