ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT RAX70

Well, nothing was working or fixed, so my solution was to purchase another router and try it.
just install a nother brand to test and all my sites are visible once again. Now have to send in the RAX70 router for either defective or service?
Is protection engine feature seen on the RAX70 web page?
I went back to the RAX70 to see if maybe the firmware settings needed update but, they are up to date.
Where is that setting? I looked and dont see that option setting in security.
Ya, I checked my RAX80 and seems that the 70 and 80s dont' have Protection Engine so you can skip that check.
