Error: Unable to establish WAN aggregation.

Hello,   Anyone have idea why i keep getting this error message? "Error: Unable to establish WAN aggregation."   I have tried to plug in the plan cable in to Multi-gigabyte+WAN WAN+LAN1 LAN1...

What supplier modem are you using?

    Hi, thank you for your reply.
    The modem I use is provided by my internet supplier, it’s Huawei echolife hg8040h5.

    Maybe this is the problem?

    I am thinking of getting the CM2000 but I am not sure if this is a must for WAN aggregation, since this product don’t even sell in HK

      You'd have to check if the cm2000 was supported for your isp. If you have the hg8040h5, you're on fibre. 

      And I couldn't find if that gateway even supports port aggregation.

        Oh i see, so the problem is most likely my modem don’t support aggregation, yes I’m on fiber, if they support cm2000 all I have to do is switch the modem? Thanks a lot.
