Have you checked to see if your Ethernet port drivers on your PC are up to date?

Yep, all drivers are up to date.

    Just be aware there are drivers that come from Microsoft, there are drivers that come from the computer OEM, and sometimes there are drivers that come from the system chip maker on the motherboard.  Dell is a good example of computer OEM and Intel is a good example of the system chip maker.
