Spectrum Modem: Sercomm Docsis 3.1 EMTA Cable Modem 2.5 Gbps
Im going to replace the ethernet cable between modem and router when it arrives tomorrow as I'm using the flat ethernet that came with the modem. But I'm not sure it's that because all of our devices on wifi never disconnect.
The ethernet connection is through the motherboard which is an ASUS PRIME
B760M-A AX with the Realtek Gaming 2.5GBE family controller.
This is the only PC in the house.
Does the Internet LED on the router change color when this happens?
I'd be sure to update the drivers from Realtek themselves to be sure.
The led lights all stay the same as normal. I've made sure those drivers are up to date and havent seen any updates go through for them. This all started when we switched from 500mb to 1gig internet speeds and I replaced the spectrum router with the RAX30.
So it keeps disconnecting tonight and while looking at the event viewer for the realtek family controller, i have mulitple Kernel PnP 400, 411 and 430 errors showing up at the times it disconnects.
