Extender or mesh for Nighthawk (RAX80) – AX6000

I have a Nighthawk AX6000 right now.   When I use my laptop at the patio, it has good signal but occasionally through out the day, the wifi will drop for a few minutes and come back in full again.  Does anyone have this experience?  I cannot tell why it happens.  I'm considering to get an extender or mesh system.  What's the difference between EAX80 vs MK63?  What will be a good option with AX6000?  Thank you!
