I give up. I am just too damn old to understand what you are saying,or even, where replies for me might be. This should not happen. Giveni have a new gear product I should be able to connect to the Wizard without trouble. Very disappointed in Netgear.

To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support process. Keep in mind that its only free for the first 90 days.
