Factory Reset?

I have a Nighthawk R6400v2 that has 3rd party firmware loaded to utilize a VPN. If I do a factory reset, will this return the router to it's NETGEAR firmware and functionality?

    No it won't. Factory reset just removes the current settings. To get back to stock, check with the forum specific site for the firmware on there on how to go back to stock.
