The only thing that does not work is my Toshiba Satellite L755 laptop. It can't find my wifi, but still picks up all my neighbors as available networks. Thanks,
What does "can't find my wifi" mean. Invisible SSID? Sees it but won't connect?
When you set up the new router (RAX120, RAX200? But it doesn't really matter) did you give it the same SSID and wifi passwords?
That is the easiest way to replace a router. Do that and the connected devices should not notice the change.
If you did not do that, did you take the laptop through the setup process? Tell it to forget any previous wifi connections. (That's a setting in Windows.) And connect it to the new router.
You should also look is not the nature of your Windows network. Windows like to see new networks – a conncti0on to a new router for example – as a security risk and deems them to be public. You may find that it help to flag it as private.

My laptop finds all available networks but does not recognize mine. It recognizes about 6 all my neighbors and such
I have done all the set up procedures required to make it work properly, and I feel it is a problem with my router and wifi adapter in my laptop not recognizing each other. All of my other 13 items on wifi work fine.
