Firmware not updating RAX80

So I have turned off, unplugged, rebooted...the router and it’s not updating the firmware it’ll get stuck on the update screen on the app and then it’ll say error try again. Can anyone help? Been tryi...

I'd highly recommend not updating via the app. Its where we see the most issues with corrupt firmware. 

I'd recommend hardwiring into the router with a laptop/pc and updating that route.
