1. what modem/gateway is it connected to?
2. what router is it? Those are speeds/references, not model numbers.
3. what firmware are you on? "The latest" isn't always the latest or has other issues.
4. Wired devices don't drop? Just wireless?

We have fios but I can't find a model #, possibly it's on the back but it's wall mounted so I don't want to mess with it.

Just had a long chat with netgear support. Their solution is to turn the cellular data off on the phones to force it to stay on wifi. I'll give this a try but seems like an annoying work around- FURRYe38Mar 06, 2025Guru
