Frequent disconnects with Nighthawk AX6 AX5400

The reset didn't solve it, so I let Spectrum know about the frequent disconnects to see what they would say. They looked at the information and sent a technician out to investigate and found that the feed was too strong/high so the modem was cutting out once in a while causing us to lose internet. He added a piece to throttle down the signal and it has been working well.

Looks like it disconnects fairly regularly. Have you tried hardwiring a PC to the modem and using it for a while to see if its a line/modem issue?

I have not done that. It's not easy to set up a PC where the connections are, but if that is the best suggestion, I would be willing to try it. My wife and I both work remotely and the frequent disconnects are bad for business, not just inconvenient. The firmware for the router is V1.1.3.18.2.1.14
