Frequent disconnects with Nighthawk AX6 AX5400

The reset didn't solve it, so I let Spectrum know about the frequent disconnects to see what they would say. They looked at the information and sent a technician out to investigate and found that the feed was too strong/high so the modem was cutting out once in a while causing us to lose internet. He added a piece to throttle down the signal and it has been working well.

If the reset doesn't help, try the direct wiring it in. You don't have to move the computer, just snag a 100ft/50ft ethernet cable from amazon. They're pretty cheap and make it easier. Plus they're nice to have around
