Good news, my RAX200 is back online working using a modified Dell laptop PSU.
FYI: 7.4mm OD is the Ground, 5.0mm ID is the 19.0V dc, and the center pin I broke off is a 5.0V dc to keep the laptop charge while it's off.
Conclusion: All you need is a 60w PSU that provide 19V dc with a 7.4mm coax plug without the center pin. Thanks to schumaku for the idea of using an old laptop PSU, you saved me $30+ and a week waiting for it in the mail.

If you can't find an adapter that has Netgear written in the side, then, as both FURRYe38 and schumaku suggest, look for a "universal" power supply.
Why are you seeking a "Genuine Netgear" power supply? Netgear won't have it own transformer factory. They all come from one of those generic "adapter farms" in China or wherever the prices are currently most attractive.
Any generic adapter will work. Just get one with the right volts, enough amps and a tip with the right (+/-) polarity and dimensions to fit your hardware.
These things are pretty common, so first check to see if you have something compatible lying around.
The details you need should be on the old adapter, on a label on the device itself and in its manual.
You can find suitable adapters in all the usual places. Some will even list compatibility with different Netgear hardware.
Some generic adapters come with a set of tips that will fit a range of different devices.
