Good news, my RAX200 is back online working using a modified Dell laptop PSU.
FYI: 7.4mm OD is the Ground, 5.0mm ID is the 19.0V dc, and the center pin I broke off is a 5.0V dc to keep the laptop charge while it's off.
Conclusion: All you need is a 60w PSU that provide 19V dc with a 7.4mm coax plug without the center pin. Thanks to schumaku for the idea of using an old laptop PSU, you saved me $30+ and a week waiting for it in the mail.

What is special is the plug, it's a 7.4mm OD barrel without center PIN.
I've check ebay and Amazon and both show the 2ABS060K With Center Pin. So just being 19v @3.16A isn't going to work.
This is like buying a 2018 Camry that has 3 different size tires depend on the model trim you buy.

No, it's amazingly much more a common standard connector: It was originally designed for PCs requiring 60W, 90W, and 120W, often offered as PC ITX power supply as set Of course, there is a center contact, it's just designed different than the common barrel plugs.
Absolute pain the butt 2 find!!! LOL
