Guest network only gives internet when allow devices to see each other
Hello, new on the form.. I’ve done a lot of searching but could not find anything and NG support has not been any help. I really believe I have a bad router. One, when I enabled guest Wi-Fi 2G and 5G...

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
How is FW updated on the RAX? Via WEB UI or NH mobile app?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser. Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.

What channels are you using? Try 1 and 40?
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter.

IPS is Spectrum, Its nighthawk AX1200 AX6000.. Yes the cable from the Modem to the router is fine.. I'm in Infrastructure so I know my way around networking, the device has been updated through Web, I dont use the app.. I plug directly into the router to do any configurations. Yes its been factory reset several times. I also use the default DCHP address.
I truly believe this device has some bad internal parts, my previous nighthawk R8000 worked fine but this device has been extremely troublesome. I also stated all those features are disabled such as circle, parental controls, armor, etc.
