Has Netgear removed firmware 1.0.1.90?
I do not see firmware 1.0.1.90 for download for RAX120. Has Netgear removed it? All I see is 1.0.0.84. Thanks, Arun

No thanks, I will pass. Stability is extremely important to me. All my security cameras and alarm system and TVs and phones and laptops are connected via WiFi. In one year, typically 50TB of WiFi data passes through the router. Cannot have instability. 1.0.1.90 was really bad firmware. Glad that it was removed.

If stability is key, unfortunately probably not best to get a new model (regardless of brand) so soon after release especially with a new WiFi standard that’s only now getting a final draft specification, so not everything maybe supported in earlier draft version based devices like this one. To top it off it takes a while for firmware to stabilize as some of the issues also need to be fixed by the actual chipset manufacturers themselves. Basically early adopters are paying to be testers.
