what firmware version are you on? 

What modem/gateway is it connected to? 

Does a reboot help?

Does a factory reset/reinstall help?

    Firmware Version v1.0.2.82

    Modem HitronCODA-45

    Reboot doesn't help

    Didn't factory reset yet because everything else connected is working
