Can anyone tell me if I order one of these new routers do they have plex installed like the nighthawk x10 and are they all faster and more reliable in speed than the x10 thanks

No they don't. I've got the RAX200 and it doesn't have plex.
Its pretty great in terms of speed but if you don't have ax products, you probably won't see much speed benefits versus the X10 you have.
