having trouble with my xbox series x staying connected

What firmware version is your router currently on? I would recommend checking for a firmware update.

Have you had a moment to get in contact with our support team or Microsoft? Are any other devices having issues staying connected to the network?

- No not yet and nope everything else works fine even my old Xbox stayed connected without any drops. I haven’t had any problems since I plugged it in via Ethernet cable
