Help I can’t connect my AX12

I recently moved to a new place and I can’t seem to get the router connected to the Ethernet port in the wall. The modem provide by the telco is working with internet but I can’t seem to get AX12 to get to the internet.

    What actual router do you have from netgear AX12 isn't a model number. look at the label on it. 

    How is your ISP providing service to the home?
