Help with my Netgear Premier membership

I have been emailing customer service to no avail about the terms of my prepier membership ending.  I don't know what the process is to end the membership or what the next steps are.  I have called customer support been transferred around and hung up on multiple times.  Anyone know a direct path to get a resolution?

    ANother 2 hours gettign transferred and still a single person can't figure out how to help me.  half the time is convincing people that there was such a program at some point.  I am starting to feel like it may be easier to cancel my credit card as the only way to solve this issue.
