Horrible Customer Service
I have a Nighthawk RAX120 firmware V1.2.1.22 that is 9 months old.
The router goes completely offline and is unreachable even with a ping daily.
I am connected directly to it with a good ethernet cable.
Don't even get me started about the wireless connection drop outs.
I have to work from home and when I call support they won't even talk to me without paying $50 for a 3 month contract.
I install routers and computers for a living and have reset, adjusted the MTU, rebooted almost every day.
Still no reliable service.
Sometimes the only way I can work is to connect directly to the cable modem, which is not good.
Is there anyone from Netgear that will help?
I have called in 2 times and they will not help unless I pay $50, which is stupid since I am under a 1 year warranty.
