The NightHawk AX5 (RAX43) router is right next to the Pace modem and connected in the cabin. I would like to run the other 2 AC1000 (Model #R6080) routers to the other buildings also from the Pace modem. The firmware on the the RAX43 is v1.0.16.132. The other 2 will not connect on the nighthawk app. The ISP is AT&T fixed wireless. Environment is the forrest, but the Internet speed is dl=67.94-ul=24.86 in the cabin. OS I'm using is is either iOS or macOS.
Any advice is appreciated.

Start with some questions, what network capability do you need in the out-buildings? Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or both?
Your Pace 5286 gateway is a combination modem Wi-Fi router. You will find most here on the Netgear forum are not familiar with the capability or configuration of your gateway. However, it is a routine occurrence when users connect one or more devices configured as a Wi-Fi routers downstream from another Wi-Fi router. A configuration for disaster.
Do you presently have your RAX43 connected downstream from your Pace 5286? Do you think it is working properly?
Have you investigated the configuration of your gateway? Are you able to connect to the Wi-Fi from your gateway? Have you connected a computer to your gateway via Ethernet?
