How do you update VPN location so that I can watch local channels via Hulu live?
How do you update VPN location so that I can watch local channels via Hulu live? As of right now, the location for hulu is showing Cincinnati when it should be northwest Ohio. Thanks, N

At the end of the day, the issue is this. We recently upgraded or router to RAXE500 for a number of reasons from the cable/internet provided equipment. When connecting the firestick, roku, etc. it no longer has the local channels. The location that is being used is Cincinnati when it should be Toledo Ohio. So the local channels are Cincinnati.
Thanks for the help.

Beyond the country you live in, there isn't much on a router that is locally specific.
So, maybe nothing to do with VPNs. Could be more to do with the Firestick and other devices.
What was that cable/internet provided equipment? Maybe that is also involved.
What is device connects the RAXE500 to the Internet?

I was thinking the same as well but when I connect the old equipment and connect sticks, the correct location is used - Northwest Ohio. Which leads me to believe there is something with Nighthawk and Netgear Armor that is dedicating location.

Not if the old equipment is hard wired to connect to a particular service. That's why I asked what it is.
I have a modem/router from my ISP that supports various services that I subscribe to. If I use different hardware I have to tweak things to get it to work.
There may be ways to get your Netgear stuff to connect to the ISP kit and provide the features that you want.
That's why it helps to have a full picture of what you want to do and what you are using.
Nothing so far points to any VPN sitting in the middle.
Where did Armor suddenly come from? That's the first time you mentioned it.
