How I can open ports on Nighthawk router R6700AX?

Question

Hello,I need to open couple very specific port on the router. So far I can not find any place where it can be done.Question 2.For some reason password which I set for router is working only for the internal Wi-Fi connections, but nobody can connect to the apps from outside.It shows that password is incorrect.Funny thing that once you get connection inside, apps continue to work outside of router range (on opposite side of the city for example).What is wrong with that thing?

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
