How to access files on hard drive connected to nighthawk AX8 router using plex media server

What do you have plex installed on? the only router I know off from netgear that is compatible with installing plex is the R9000. I don't see anywhere in the RAX80's specs having the option to install plex.

      Again, the only netgear router that I currently know of that supports integration with plex is the R9000. 

      I don't know whats going to be implemented in the future.
