How to activate purchased Armor on iOS app for RAX120

Hi All,

 

Has somebody know how to activate a purchased Armor on iOS app for RAX120 router. I had tried different options but still having the message of "Process is taking to long (more than 60 secs), Try again!!", when try to active on Netgear app.

 

I a did a factory reset on my router, uninstall and reinstall the app in iPhone Xs. I did check on the Armor web and the suscription appers activated and my router shows activated tooo, but in the app and router web is not.

 

Router model: RAX120 / AX6000

Firmware version: V1.0.1.122

 

I'll appreciate any help or support.
