Thanks FURRYe38 for your fast response. Much appreciated. my firmware version is "Router Firmware Version V1.2.8.40" and it is the latest version. I don't know the details of my modem, it is provided by my ISP Provider. It's a "NowTv Hub Two" Modem, which I connect to my NetGear router with a Cat5e cable. I can buy a new cable Cat6, but why would the issue be the cable?
It works fine, but once a day it does this "[Initialized, firmware version: V1.2.8.40] Monday, May 15, 2023 13:53:25", and when that happens, all connections are lost for a few minutes until it finishes. The "Disable automatic firmware update" doesn't work at all. Never had this issue before with any previous routers.

It is not updating your firmware daily. That's not possible for multiple reasons. What it's doing is crashing and rebooting, hence the message you see about initialization and losing connection for a few minutes until it's fully up. There are multiple, lengthy threads on here about the RAX120 crashing/rebooting. Might try a forum search.
