I cannot access the router from a pc

can anyone hrlp pls   i cannot access the router from a pc if i follow the links from netgear saying use routerlogin.net or .com i just get a web page not the router login page.

VPN was causing an issue. got it sorted

Well done. Certainly safer than going back to square one.

 

I was about to mark this as SOLVED – for the benefit of anyone who turns up later – but then wondered if a few more details might be useful.

 

Any tips for fellow victims?
