I cant reset the Admin and password on my RAX15 Router

Problem with the security questions is that if you don't set them up, it still asks them if you try password recovery. Your ex might not have even set them up. And if they were spelled wrong, then you dont' know the correct answer.
Basically you're back to factory resetting to get back in if you don't know the correct answers (or if they weren't setup).
to reset, push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on. Then follow the install guide.
