I cant get my ax3200 router to work

I have a problem in that the house wifi cant sense my heat pump. My son fixed it but unfortunately hes aboroad at the moment.

Its not the router that picks up the heatpump. Its the heatpump picking up the broadcast and connecting to it. Everything else works fine?
