Disconnect the router from the ISP modem then factory reset the router by pressing the reset button for 15 seconds then release. Clear all browser caches. Use a wired PC and web browser and navigate to 192.168.1.1 and walk thru the setup routine using the web browser:

When you get to the routers home page, reconnect it to the ISP modem/ONT.
