Hi Lucci,
You may factory reset your units by holding down on the reset button for 15+ seconds located on the back. After doing so, you should be able to run through the setup assistant again.

Lucci - For now, I would suggest just factory resetting the satellite and attempt to re-sync it back to the router.

- ChrisARitzDec 16, 2020AspirantI’m having the same issue. The router and one satellite sync fine. The second satellite won’t sync.
I’ve done a hard reset on the router and both satellites.
The one that won’t syncs is amber after pushing the syncs buttons on both the router and satellite.
I’ve also done a 30/30/30 on the satellite.
Any suggestions?
