I installed this router (RAX54.v2) about 4 days ago. It intermittently drops access to the internet. When I access the router http://192.168.1.1/start.htm, and run Internet -> Test; the router will re-establish an internet connection for 15-20 minutes, then stops again. The light on the front of the router says it's connected to the internet, but all 19 devices in the house are offline. I only use it in wireless mode. I have no devices that will connect via ethernet cable. My router firmware is the latest: V1.1.3.18_2.1.14.
After several calls to my wireless provider, they came out to evaluate my situation. My antenna is talking to their antenna tower. My provider confirmed this situation: every 20 minutes my antenna decides it should be talking with a different tower antenna and it looses connection and can't find it's way back. So, the provider owns the problem and has never heard of this happening and doesn't know what to do. For the time being, we are remotely resetting the router every 15 minutes which somehow corrects my antenna to look at the correct antenna. Eventually, they will give me a new antenna, or find a fix for my existing antenna.
Current situation sucks, every 15 mintues.

You have joined in on an existing conversation that started some years ago and may or may not have anything to do with your problems.
There is also a good chance that the official support team is busily monitoring new conversations and may miss your addition to this one.
If you do want help with your problem, check previous stuff that may be related then start your own discussion.
