iMac will not connect to RAX50

Does it not see the ssid? 

Does it see it but not connect? 

Does it connect but say something like "connected, no internet"

What exact error/issue do you see?

Yes, sees SSID, and indicates connected, only error is no Internet connection when attempting to browse.  iMac works fine when connected via ethernet cable directly to cable modem bypassing RAX50.
