Implementing Purevpn HELP !!!!

Question

Since Purevpn is the only vpn available for the Nighthawk rax 120, it would be nice if it worked. The connection with internet is disconnecting after five minutes connecting the VPN. Purevpn support does not know the solution. I have tried everything (I think). Disabling the firewall does not bring the solution. Please Help since I already have an subscription for two years.
