Internet and Wifi Work on PCs, but not on Mobile Phones
Hello, I just set up my Nighthawk AX5400 Router. All of my PCs are connected with ethernet, laptops are connected with WiFi, and even my Roku streaming device can connect to it. All work perfect and ...

Your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. This would be a double NAT condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the NG router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the NG router gets from the modem. https://kb.netgear.com/25891/DMZ-on-NETGEAR-routers

Model is Nighthawk RAX50 and firmware is V1.0.11.112_2.0.77. Everything connects perfectly fine and getting internet except for Apple iPhones, which I find to be very odd. It gives the "connected, no internet" message under the WiFi status.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many? How is Advanced Wireless configured?
Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Enable or disable Beamforming and MIMO if seen. Save settings and reboot the router. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

The modem is Ubee UBC1322. It's capable of also providing wifi, which everyone can connect to and get internet with no problem. I don't want to use that as my wifi provider, though, as I feel more secure going through the Nighthawk. Should I turn off the wifi radio on the modem? They are sitting right next to each other.
